SSI Freediving Level 3 Course
Our freediving-level-3 program provides the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments to depths of 40 meters. You will earn the SSI Level 3 Freediving certification after completing this program.

To get certified as a SSI level 3 freediver in phuket you will need to complete the following tasks
hold your breath for 3:30 minutes (static breath hold)
Swim 70 meters underwater horizontally using fins(Dynamic)
complete a training dive in the ocean to a depth of 32- 40m using a constant weight system
